Please call (208) 667-2541 to schedule appointments Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

If you are a new patient, remember to bring a current photo identification and insurance card, if applicable, to your first appointment.
When scheduling your appointment, please tell the receptionist all of the issues that you want the physician to address at that appointment.  This will enable the receptionist to schedule sufficient time so that your physician may attend to those concerns you wish to be addressed.

Please arrive to your appointment at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled time to allow registration and check in.  If you are 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time.  Please call ahead if you know that you may be late as this allows our staff to accommodate and readjust the schedule so that the clinic does not fall significantly behind.
